Under the direction and design of Owner/Builder Jennifer Allyn, the overlooked penthouse was transformed into a showplace. Purchased in 2020 from previous owners of 40 years. The Great Room which sits under the tall mansard roof on the West side, still had original paint and stencils on the poured concrete ceiling resembling faux wood beams.

Annenberg Beach House Pool

Working under the direction of Carolyn Lehne at KC Restoration, We touched up the decorative, undersea, tile border at the bottom of the pool in Santa Monica. Originally the pool of the Hearst Mansion 1928, (demolished, now the Annenberg Beach House). The bright, fish tiles were faded and distressed; we patched and painted the tiles.

The chandelier in the Hancock House museum at USC was missing about 20% of it’s crystal. Under KC Restoration, I made a silicone mold and created the missing parts using a clear resin. The missing pieces were installed and additional crystals purchased to fill the chandelier.
